A 62-year-old
previously well man presented with epigastric pain and abdominal fullness for
two months. Intermittent abdominal distension and vomiting were also noted. He
denied having bloody stool or weight loss.He visited the outpatient department,
where th computed tomography scan of abdomen was shown in (Figure1). He then
received esophagogastroduodenoscopy,which revealed a subepithelial tumor at the
gastric antrum with obstruction of th pylorus (Figure2).The endoscopic
