An unusual colon tumor complicated by intussusception


A 45-year-old previously well man presented with intermittent left abdominal pain and fullness for one month. He denied having bloody stool or weight loss. He visited the outpatient department and received colonoscopy, which revealed one 4 cm reddish subepithelial tumor at the descending colon with luminal obstruction (Figure1). Computed tomography scan of abdomen showed a cystic tumor with colo-colic intussusception over the left-sided colon (Figure2). What is your diagnosis?

Colon Myxoma complicated by colo-colic intussusception
